With a focus on quality, detail and a distinctive design philosophy, the Halsey and Pavilions were influenced by New Zealand’s wider Pacific character. The 110 apartments featured extensive terraces, with the east-facing Pavilion terraces cantilevered above the water. The apartments were the recipients of premium fittings and amenities which have become synonymous with the wider Lighter Quay development.
